I’M JORDYN
I am Jordyn Emmert – a wedding photographer based out of Canton Oklahoma (which in case you are wondering is in exactly the middle of nowhere.) I am a wife and homeschooling mama to three precious kiddos. Most days you’ll find me, coffee in hand, running my business with my babies in tow. While they obviously don’t join me for shoots and weddings, they are constantly by my side in the day to day, and by the time they are grown will probably know more about Lightroom and Photoshop than I do!
From a super young age I was intrigued with the idea of having a career in photography, but my journey with photography really began my senior year of high-school. I have always been a story teller, and started experimenting with photography as a creative outlet in addition to writing. It didn’t take long before I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt this is what I wanted to do.
I began my photography career in 2014 as a family photographer. As time went on I fell in love with telling love stories, and realized that weddings were my calling. I absolutely love to serve joyful, fun couples, who are madly in love with one another! It is so incredible to have the honor of getting to know my couples and telling their stories.

MY LITTLE FAMILY
George
George works as a water well technician supervisor, and is very mechanically minded. He is an amazing musician and can play pretty much any instrument he gets his hands on. Forever my best friend, he can make me laugh no matter the circumstances, and he is the perfect anchor for this dream boat 
Jordyn
Since I was little I wanted to be a mom, photographer, and detective (best two out of three right 
).Most people would never guess it, but I’m actually super introverted and love spending my “spare” time at home hanging out with all my family. I am, and always have been, a storyteller, and in addition to photography I love to express my creative side through music and writing.
William
William is our happy go lucky 7 year old, with a dramatic side. Our extravert (God’s way of getting us to leave the house 
). Our morning child. He is a great big brother and loves, dinosaurs, gaming, outdoor adventures. and hanging with his buddies. He is currently in 2nd grade and his favorite subjects are math and science
Owen
Our sweet red headed boy. Owen is super laid back, and chill, but has a fiery side that can come out without warning. He loves sports, and all things trucks and farming, and currently wants to be a drummer and singer when he grows up. He is in kindergarten and working hard on learning to read
Arya
Our spunky little girl has the three Emmert guys wrapped around her little finger. Ayra Grace is the perfect little mixture of feisty and sweet. She loves princesses and all things girly, but she’s also not afraid to get some dirt on her boots and is certain she can do anything her big brothers can. She’s falling into her big sister roll like she was made for it!
Haylee
God surprised us big with Haylee, but she is an absolute blessing we already can’t imagine our lives without! She made her appearance on new years eve 2024 and has been holding the hearts of her older siblings ever since. We are enjoying days of baby cuddles once again
If I had to describe my style in three words it would be bright, timeless, and joyful
