It was such a joy to capture this precious wedding day.
Heidi and Phillip have such a unique love story and have no doubt it was totally orchestrated by God. Their love for one another was so very evident, but even more evident was their love for God and their desire to honor him in their marriage and all the aspects of their life.
Before the ceremony they shared a spur of the moment “first touch” to pray with one another over their marriage and it was one of my absolute favorite parts of the day.
Their beautiful ceremony included a surprise song from Phillip to his bride, and taking communion together, as well as a unity ceremony.
The wind didn’t cooperate with us and we were only able to get a few quick portraits outdoors (it was hard to even stand up so all the ladies hair didn’t stand a chance!) But these two didn’t miss a beat with joyfully taking most of their photos in doors, happy to capture their day just as it truly unfolded.
Heidi and Phillip it was truly such an honor. I’m so very happy for the two of you and pray you have a long blessed marriage.
