These kids ♥️

I'm not going to lie, being a stay at home/work from home, homeschooling mama is hard. It's messy. It isn't perfect.
If the kids are having hard days that probably means mama isn't sleeping because work has to wait until they go to bed.

As I type this there are day old dishes sitting on the counter, the house is a mess. My oldest is painting, my middle is napping, and my youngest is nursing while I try to catch up on backlogged editing from vacation.

Truth be told if it's crazy wedding season you'd best text me before popping in because my house is probably a train wreck...there are only so many hours in a day and laundry and dishes often seem to slip through the cracks.

But, even in the midst of the chaos I wouldn't change a thing. It is such a blessing to be able to do something I love and be here with my babies. To watch as they meet new milestones, and to soak up all the snuggles.

These days aren't easy- but oh are they worth it

Last day before the travel home gets underway. This vacation has been such a breath of fresh air. It has been so wonderful having a chance to slow down and focus on the truly important things. Nothing like being surrounded by some of God's magnificent creation to make you take time and reflect on Him.
